Noisy Penguin Musician is a support immortal who buffs your attack speed, slows enemies and gives a special buff with its ultimate. Getting it on the board requires being able to manage the chaos coming from mythic Penguin Musician's ultimate mutating units on your board until you hit the immortal summon condition.

Whether Noisy Penguin Musician works for you ultimately depends on how well you can manage the phase where your board is being hit with mutations. There is some synergy between Giga Chad and Noisy Penguin Musician but it is a high investment getting two support immortals to explore their synergy.

Skills

Symphony - Passive

The target selected with its Ultimate becomes immune to harmful effects. Does not protect from kill effects.

Vivace - Skill

Has a 10% chance to icnrease the ATK SPD of allies within the area by 20% for 5s.

Lento - Skill

Has a 12% chance to deal 9000% Physical DMG to enemies within the area and reduce their MOV SPD by 70 for 6s.

Duet - Ultimate, cooldown

Grants both self and a selected Mythic or Immortal guardian within range a Resonance Effect for 30s (permanent at level 6). Only one target can be selected at a time. At level 12, the target also gains a portion of Noisy Penguin Musician's ATK.

How to Summon

Noisy Penguin Musician ascension condition is to perform the best Variation (ie. the one that upgrades the unit's rarity) 5 times. This will involve being willing to have every and anything on your board be at risk of mutation until you hit the immortal summon condition. Only immortal guardians are immune. And once you get Noisy Penguin Musician, the target of its ultimate will also be immune to mutation.
