Playstyle

I am Meow is a magical DPS immortal. It is the only War Machine immortal for magical DPS players. It costs a lot of luck stones to summon but its summon condition means that it can be summoned relatively quickly compared to other immortals.

Skills

Overcharge - Passive

ATK increases by 1000%. Skill DMG increases by 5% for every 50% MP Regen.

Plasma Cannon - Skill

7% chance (+4% skill chance at level 12) to deal 18000% Magic DMG to enemies in the area.

Support Beam - Skill

With a 7% chance (+4% skill chance at level 12), deals 10000% Magic DMG to enemies in the area 2 times.

Omega Blaster - Ultimate, MP

Deals 10000% Magic DMG to enemies in the area every 0.3s for 3s (+1.5s at level 6).

How to Summon

I am Meow is summoned when you have Iron Meow v2 (from upgrading Iron Meow's suit twice) and upgrade the Tech Upgrade level (in-game using luck stones) to the max level of level 10. Each upgrade attempt only has a 10% chance of upgrading the skill's level, improved by getting Iron Meow's exclusive treasure.

Without the exclusive treasure, you could be looking at ~100 luck stones to max the Tech Upgrade level. This is exorbitant and you're better off spending those luck stones to upgrade your mythic damage level. With exclusive treasure level 9, you're looking at ~35 luck stones on average to max it which is much more reasonable.
